Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a high-impact field role where you can see your designs come to life? Advantage Technical is seeking an Industrial Electrical Field Engineer to support complex industrial projects in Childress, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work on power distribution systems, motor controls, commissioning activities, and large-scale industrial infrastructure while earning competitive compensation and daily per diem.

What You'll Do

• Design and support industrial electrical systems including power distribution, MCCs, grounding, lighting, and cable tray systems
• Develop and review one-line diagrams, panel schedules, load calculations, and equipment sizing
• Evaluate and specify electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, VFDs, and UPS systems
• Provide field engineering support during installation, startup, testing, and commissioning
• Resolve technical issues with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• EIT or PE license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• 5+ years of industrial electrical engineering experience
• Experience in manufacturing, power generation, energy, water/wastewater, or heavy industrial environments
• Knowledge of industrial power systems, construction practices, and electrical equipment
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, ETAP, or similar engineering software
