This roleinvolves managing various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financialhealth and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Maintenance:Prepare andmaintain accurate financial records and business transactions inaccordance with GAAP. Daily Accounting Functions:Execute journalentries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Month-End and Year-End Closing:Assist withclosing processes, including preparation of financial statements andsupporting schedules. Financial Analysis:Conduct in-depthfinancial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights forstrategic planning. Tax Compliance:Prepare and file federal,state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations. Audit Support:Coordinate with externalauditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process. Process Improvement:Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, andsystems to enhance efficiency. Reporting:Generate timely and accuratefinancial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatoryauthorities. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or arelated field. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financialreporting principles. Ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Compensation: Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000yearly.
