Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• LA PT license
• Home Health experience
• Home Care Home Base experience

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On call/weekend requirement if PT eval is needed
• Productivity expectation: 30

Location Highlights

Morgan City offers access to Louisiana waterfront living with direct proximity to Lake Palourde and the Atchafalaya River Basin, one of the largest wetland systems in the United States.
