As the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring a seamless experience for all our Visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:

• Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

• Student Support:

• Provide information to students regarding school policies, procedures, and resources.

• Assist in student registration, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with academic advisors to ensure student needs are addressed.

• Visitor Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for faculty, staff, and students.

• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and guests.

• Ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors.

• Administrative Support:

• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

• Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating events within the medical school.

• Manage logistics, including room reservations, catering, and participant communications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, phone systems).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
