We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. Ability to engage with customers, must have at least 1 year of experienced. Excellent pay plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and organized, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests about menu items and making recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and sushi rolling methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
