The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS cloud-native deployments , with the ability to lead architectural discussions, mentor junior developers, and deliver reliable enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement technical architecture for Java-based microservices. Build and consume RESTful APIs with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security. Develop and optimize Spring Batch jobs for high-volume data processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Contribute to system design and architecture discussions . Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-native applications in AWS . Work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker) to automate build and release pipelines. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and logging tools. Write clean, modular, efficient code that aligns with industry best practices. Required Experience 10-15 years of professional Java development experience. Proven expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture . Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of Spring Batch and enterprise data processing. Background in production support, monitoring, and logging. Nice-to-Have Experience Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams. Familiarity with Agile best practices and system design reviews. Exposure to cloud-native container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
