Patient Scheduler Reporting to Manager, Patient Access This opportunity is full time and is based 100% in-office in Englewood, Colorado. Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Primary Responsibilities: During a typical day you will... Schedule all radiology modality exams with patients by phone Provide every patient with a comfortable experience Thoroughly screen patients to determine appropriate exam type Relay any pertinent information regarding the examination to patients Other duties as assigned Requirements: Medical terminology knowledge preferred Previous medical scheduling preferred Ability to learn quickly Strong verbal/written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be able to read, write, and speak in English Why ISJ?
