Overview
We're seeking a Construction Engineer (Jr/Mid Level) to support one of our established clients delivering commercial construction projects across multiple sectors. This team is known for consistent execution, strong internal processes, and a leadership group that develops mid-level professionals into long-term contributors. You'll step into a role with real ownership and the opportunity to grow within a stable pipeline of work.

Objective
Oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring alignment between scheduling, cost control, and quality standards across commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and coordinate timelines using MS Project
• Support estimating efforts and assist with cost planning during project setup
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets project and client standards
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to maintain project flow and resolve issues
• Track project progress and report updates to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with project scheduling using MS Project
• Background supporting estimating and cost tracking processes
• Understanding of construction quality control practices
• Experience working with subcontractors and field teams
• Exposure to self storage construction is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
