Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. In a role guided by teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care, you will help create a welcoming environment while responding to routine site needs with professionalism. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue09:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the medical office building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and support a professional environment for everyone at the location. Complete assigned reports, document incidents and/or observations, and relay important information during shift changes to support ongoing security-related operations. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
