Experience: Prior Med Surg experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $29.00 - $43.00 (based on education and experience)

Differentials: $2.00 shift/weekend differential

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed at interview)

What You'll Do:

Provide professional nursing care within Medical-Surgical units (3SE, 4Med, 5Surg)

Assess, diagnose, plan, and implement patient care plans

Monitor and document patient progress

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families

Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations

What You Need:

Required:

Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license

BLS certification

Prior Med Surg experience preferred

Preferred:

Strong communication and patient-centered skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Adaptability and critical thinking skills
