What You’ll Do

• As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our retail marketing campaigns, working directly with customers to create a positive, engaging, and results-driven experience.
• Engage with customers in a retail setting, providing a welcoming and professional experience
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations of products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and event setups
• Maintain product knowledge across current promotions, bundles, and services
• Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit daily and weekly sales goals
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence

Compensation & Perks

• W2 direct hire position
• Guaranteed base salary plus commission and weekly bonuses
• Average earnings typically range from $800–$1,200 per week
