Scrum Master (Banking/Finance Domain)Location: Chicago, IL (100% Onsite from day 1) Duration: Long Term ContractExperience Required12+ Years in IT with strong Agile/Scrum delivery background Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) – MandatoryJob DescriptionWe are looking for a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile teams through product development in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8+ years of direct experience in Agile/Scrum practices, leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principlesRemove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvementCollaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear product backlog and sprint goalsWork with cross-functional teams to promote transparency and alignmentTrack and communicate sprint/release progress using JIRA or similar toolsChampion Agile transformation and drive adoption across the organizationAct as a servant leader to Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile metricsRequired Skills12+ years of overall IT experience8+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environmentsStrong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)Experience with enterprise Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, RallyExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teamsExperience with scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS) is a plusMust-Have CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II) – Any one(Additional certifications in SAFe, PMI-ACP, or Agile Coaching are a plus)
