Customer Service RepresentativeCustomer Service Representatives handle customer requests by making and receiving calls about inquiries and complaints regarding rates, billing, service issues, collections, etc. in a proactive, positive and professional manner. The typical work schedule is determined by our management team and can vary throughout the year.
