Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Endoscopy Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Endo/GI Rochester, NY Start - 09/14/2026 Schedule : M-F 8am -8pm; on call required for overnights and weekends 5, 8hr shifts OR 4, 10hr shifts Complete Description: -Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns. -Observing patient vital signs. -Sedating patients before procedures. -Recovering patients after procedures. -Administering the necessary medication to patients. -Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents. -Preparing the instruments, equipment, and supplies for the procedure. -Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use. -Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure. -Administering IV drips. Requirements: - NY license ONLY - BLS Certification (AHA ONLY) - ACLS Certification (AHA ONLY) - 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience - Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required - Conscious sedation - Expert IV insertion - Recovering patients from general anesthesia required - Performing intake for GI procedures Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move NYS RN License Required 2 years of Endoscopy procedure experience Required 2 Years BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required Conscious sedation Required Expert IV insertion Required Experience of recovering patient from general anesthesia Required Experience of performing intake for GI procedures Required Questions: Question 1 When can the HCP start assignment?
