CNC Machinist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Everett, WA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented machining professional who takes pride in producing precision components, working from technical drawings, and maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment to manufacture parts that meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and customer specifications. Select tooling, fixtures, machine settings, feeds, and speeds to support efficient and accurate production. Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and CMM equipment when applicable. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot machining issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Maintain production records, perform routine machine maintenance, and follow all safety and manufacturing procedures. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $58,000 to $72,800 per year.
