Leasing Specialist: Elevate Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Norcross, GA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a 290-unit midrise community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in. Strong emphasis on occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
