Pharmacy Technician Opportunity
This opportunity is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a dynamic mail order and specialty retail pharmacy environment in Fishers, IN. This role offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, ideal for candidates who want to demonstrate their expertise with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required based on workload
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client calls, accurately enter orders, and verify insurance information
- Control inventory and communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists
- Provide outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist customers with pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service quality standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus
