Merchandise Lead

Position Summary The Merchandise Manager oversees the sales, inventory, and distribution of Blue Knights merchandise during the summer tour. This role is responsible for managing the merchandise booth, tracking inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Set up, manage, and tear down the merchandise booth at events and competitions. Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking of popular items. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Engage with fans, members, and families to promote merchandise sales. Manage online merchandise orders when applicable. Maintain the visual appeal and organization of merchandise displays. Qualifications Experience in retail, sales, or inventory management preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage cash and credit transactions accurately. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
