Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Specialist Nex-Tech is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to support sales and service across our product offerings. This role works directly with customers to recommend solutions, process transactions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, driving sales, and working in a fast-paced retail or office environment. What You’ll Do: Sell and promote Nex-Tech and Nex-Tech Wireless products and services Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and features Process service orders, upgrades, disconnects, and number ports Accept and post customer payments and assist with billing inquiries Resolve customer issues or escalation as needed Support account maintenance and documentation processes Maintain compliance with customer data privacy regulations What You Bring: Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to recommend solutions based on customer needs Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask Working knowledge of computers and office systems Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations Education & Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service, sales, or related experience.
