Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary. TB skin test within the last 12 months.
