Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field activities for a team of unarmed security personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations on all sites.
• Perform regular site inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on staffing, incidents, and operational metrics.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to field staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, management, and field teams to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage shift schedules, overtime, and resource allocation to meet client service level agreements.
• Handle emergency situations, coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary, and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required state security certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools).
• Physical ability to conduct site walks and respond to incidents as needed.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security operations, field supervision, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of unarmed security personnel.
• Prior experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Knowledge of Nebraska state-specific security regulations is a plus.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and client relationship management.
