As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that home-delivered meal orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for timely distribution. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and organization will help ensure reliable fulfillment of home‑delivered meal orders. Join us to contribute to our mission of “no senior hungry or forgotten”. In this role you will First and foremost, align with our mission and values as an organization. Keep your supervisor informed about kitchen activities, needs, or challenges. Work closely with all departments to support MOWWM’s mission and goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and partners. Follow procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and grant regulations. Package client meals and side order for delivery to program clients Transfer and stage packages for delivery drivers. Restock product and prepare inventory for next day’s operations. Fulfill client meal orders inside commercial cooler, ensuring accuracy and proper food handling. Assist in packaging, stocking and organizing products within commercial cooler and freezer. Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory of product stored in both the commercial cooler and freezer Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products to support daily warehouse operations.
