Job Title: LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Job Location: Rib Lake, WI

Duration: 8 Weeks

Compensation: $1,800–$2,000 Gross Weekly (Based on Experience)

Shift: Evening/Night Shift

Schedule:

• 4 × 12-Hour Shifts
• Variable Schedule
• Evening/Night Shifts
• 40+ Hours Per Week
• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs

Work Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will be responsible for medication administration, resident assessments, monitoring changes in condition, documentation, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working evening and night shifts in a long-term care setting.

• Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs and treatment responses.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety procedures.
• Comply with all applicable facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• Must meet all applicable state and regulatory licensing requirements.

• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Experience providing direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment preferred.

• Ability to work evening and night shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment and resident-care skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week as required.
• Must be flexible to accept additional shifts based on operational needs.
