Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner

Thank you for your interest in the full-time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics position at our practice in Brooklyn, NY. Position Details Location: Brooklyn, NY (across two office locations) Schedule: Monday-Saturday (morning and afternoon/evening shifts) Practice Overview Supportive, collaborative team offering hands-on training and strong mentorship Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates Excellent long-term growth potential Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care (well-child visits, sick visits, annual physicals) Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care counseling Perform blood draws for all age groups Educate patients and families on treatment plans, nutrition, and development Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Manage approximately 30 patients per day Compensation & Benefits Annual Compensation: $150,000 ($72/hour) Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus an annual $5,000 retention bonus Employment Options: W-2 or 1099 Requirements Active NY State PA or NP license (or immediate eligibility) Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Uzbek is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
