The position is on-site in West of Downtown Nashville and offers a flexible schedule. This is a permanent, direct-hire role. The salary is up to $150,000, plus a 20% bonus.

Overview of the Controller Role:

• The Controller will lead all accounting and finance operations for a multi-division business,
• Deliver clear, timely financial reporting and insightful analysis for the president, board, and ownership group
• Oversee, coach, and develop a team of 6 accounting professionals
• Drive implementation and enhancement of reporting/KPIs, partnering with executive leadership to meet evolving business needs
• Ensure compliance, process optimization, and proactive communication across accounting and non-finance teams

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Supervisory experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Business Central ERP and Power BI (or analogous ERP/BI systems)
• Demonstrated experience managing, developing, and leading an accounting team
