Position: Hydraulic Leak Repair Technician Job Type: Temp to hire Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Southside San Antonio, TX Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.50 per hour Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic leaks on IMM presses Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate with the inventory specialist to ensure timely ordering Clean and maintain equipment areas affected by hydraulic oil leaks Utilize oil absorbent materials, pads, and oil/water vacuums for proper cleanup and maintenance Perform repairs including O-ring replacements, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, and replacement of pumps, cylinders, and other hydraulic components Support additional equipment repairs and maintenance projects as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on hydraulic repair experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced production setting Benefits & Perks As a Balance Staffing Associate, you may be eligible for: Weekly pay Medical benefits Apply Today To learn more or apply Balance Staffing is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
