Travel RN - Cath Lab/EPAmerican TravelerGoldsboro, North Carolina, United StatesPosition status: OpenAssignment type: travelShift: DaysLength (weeks): 13Openings: 1Start date: 2026-10-26$2,599.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cath Lab/CVU role requiring Cath Lab experience and Epic proficiency.Cardiovascular Unit setting including Cath Lab and CVUServes as primary/secondary circulator for diagnostic and interventional cardiology/vascular procedures, administering and monitoring moderate sedationProvides pre/post procedural care, recovery, cardioversions, loop recorders, and radiology proceduresDays shift, 7:00am - 7:00pm, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hrs/week), 48-hour contract requests will be consideredRequired to float between Cath Lab and CVUOn-call required, including late call and vascular call, with possible flex down due to case volumeNo weekend or holiday requirementsUses Epic EMRActive RN license in NC or compact requiredCurrent BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)NIHSS certification requiredMinimum one year of nursing experience requiredNursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required; BSN or MSN preferredCath Lab experience required, pre/post procedural experience preferred, acute cardiac experience a plusDelivers competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards under the direction of the Nurse Manager/DirectorCoordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process in a hospital settingPerforms patient assessment, discharge planning, and care prioritization for complex casesCollaborates with multidisciplinary teams and utilizes hospital communication systems effectivelyParticipates in performance improvement activities and unit goal achievement
