Customer Service Representative:

• Participate and complete Glidewell's customer service training program in order to be equipped with the proper tools, phone etiquette techniques, and product knowledge to successfully fulfill a customer service role at the Company.

Pay Range: $21.00/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Training & Start Date:

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Required Training Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00AM - 4:00PM
• Full attendance during training is required.
• Candidates must be available to begin training on September 28, 2026.

• This is a professional event so please do not bring any children.
• Position is based in Irvine, near John Wayne Airport.
• Please Note: This is a 100% on-site position. Employees are required to work from our Irvine, CA location and must be able to reliably commute to the site. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Candidates selected for hire must be available to begin training on September 28, 2026 and attend training Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Parking:

You may park in the parking garage structure located next to the 2301 Dupont Drive Building.

Parking Instructions:

Location: 2251 Dupont Drive, Irvine, CA 92612

(Parking structure is located between the two brown buildings)

• Pull a ticket and park only on the rooftop level of the parking structure.
• Enter through the main entrance/exit gates.
