Hospitality HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Talent

Vinayaka Hospitality seeks an HR Generalist to support the daily Human Resources function for the Westin Michigan Avenue – Chicago, collaborating with the Area Director of HR and hotel leadership to ensure smooth operations, strong employee relations, and adherence to the collective bargaining agreement and hotel standards. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, recruitment for union and non-union roles, HRIS maintenance, and compliance training, with opportunities to drive engagement and #J-18808-Ljbffr VH Hospitality
