More about our team Last year, Centerpoint - Winchester broke ground on an expansion for the intensive care unit (ICU). The expansion signifies a 75% increase in capacity for the ICU, adding six beds to the eight that are currently available. The new construction also includes the expansion of an ACU unit and build-out space for a new surgical suite, enabling Winchester to expand surgery as the needs of the community demand. How you'll contribute Clinical Coordinator (RN) - Advanced Care Unit who excels in this role will: Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations. Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services. Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission. Will assume required call for department when scheduled. Free Parking What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school.
