Becton Dickinson seeks a Software Product Manager for MarTech to lead Salesforce platform initiatives at Liberator Medical Supply. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle across Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric healthcare solutions. This fully remote position requires strong analytical skills, agile practice experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead product management lifecycle from ideation through launch aligned with company goals
Develop and maintain product roadmap prioritizing features based on research and customer feedback
Partner cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams
Guide cross-functional teams through product development using agile methodologies
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and optimize platform performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years software product management experience
5+ years designing and building on CRM platforms
5+ years working in collaborative Agile environments leading remote teams
3+ years managing and optimizing CRM and marketing technology platforms with eCommerce integration
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with proven track record
