Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $17.50–$25/hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities up to $3,000

Schedule: 6–10 hour shifts, including weekends; schedules made in 2-week intervals; no overnights

Position Overview

Seeking a hands-on Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor to lead by example in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment. As a Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor , you will work side by side with your team while also overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and direct patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members as a Phlebotomist/MA Mobile Supervisor
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, donor screening, and registration
• Ensure a positive and professional donor experience
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and meeting daily goals
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Manage inventory and supplies for mobile operations
• Travel to various mobile drive locations as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Prior healthcare, phlebotomy, or MA experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain CDL
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

* Process blood or other fluid samples for further analysis by other medical professionals.
* Provide sample analysis results to physicians to assist diagnosis.
* Document route of specimens from collection to laboratory analysis and diagnosis.
* Draw blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods.
* Conduct hemoglobin tests to ensure donor iron levels are normal.
* Transport specimens or fluid samples from collection sites to laboratories.
* Explain fluid or tissue collection procedures to patients.
* Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy or laboratory techniques.
* Collect fluid or tissue samples, using appropriate collection procedures.
* Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer.
