We’re seeking a compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday–Thursday (Fridays optional). Pay $32~$48 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Active Iowa Dental Hygienist License. CPR, Radiology, and Local Anesthesia Certifications (or willingness to obtain). 1+ year of clinical experience (new grads with externship experience welcome!). Job Description Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings. Take and interpret digital X-rays with precision. Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene plans in a friendly, approachable manner. Review medical/dental histories and collaborate with dentists on treatment plans. Maintain sterilization protocols and a clean, organized workspace. Foster long-term patient relationships through trust and excellent communication.
