Airtron Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate - HVAC Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This full-time sales role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18 and up, depending on experience, and includes monthly spiffs on equipment and accessory sales.

SCHEDULE:

This sales and technician position is full-time and requires participation in an on-call rotation. You will begin each workday at 8 am and continue until all assigned calls are completed . Employees are dispatched directly from their homes to their job sites and are only required to report to the office for meetings.

ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2+ years of residential retail HVAC experience
• Ability to promote and sell company-approved products and replacement options
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Professional demeanor
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and supportive attitude
• Commitment to representing Airtron with integrity

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

As a Retail Associate - HVAC Technician, you will start each day by traveling from your home to your first service call in the Austin area. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems, promoting company-approved products and replacement options to customers, and upholding Airtron's standards of professionalism and integrity. With the support of a company vehicle and provided tools, you will complete service calls throughout the day, attend to on-call duties as scheduled, and maintain a focus on delivering quality customer service. Paid drive time after the first and last 30 minutes of the day is included as part of your compensation.
