Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in occupational medicine
• Experience with workers' compensation cases
• Experience treating long-term and chronic pain management patients
• Ability to work independently as the only PT onsite

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Assignment Length: 8 weeks
• Outpatient medical office environment with providers, a program manager, and medical assistants onsite
• Independent role as the only PT onsite
• Patient population includes occupational medicine, workers' compensation, and long-term chronic pain management
