Join Our Team at Avera Marshall

We re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide expert, patient-centered care in our growing community. You ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence and innovation.

What You ll Do

• Provide the full spectrum of urologic care to patients across a broad geographic service area in Minnesota.
• Build and grow a thriving practice supported by a strong referral base and established patient population.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs across specialties, fostering coordinated care and a strong internal referral network.
• Partner closely with specialists in Orthopedics, Podiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dermatology, and Primary Care.
• Perform a wide range of procedures in a modern surgical environment with access to robotic technology.
• Utilize dedicated surgical resources, including surgery suites, operating rooms, and procedure rooms.
• Serve patients within a high-quality, well-established clinic

Schedule

• Flexible 4.5-day work week with primarily daytime hours. Minimal call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in Minnesota
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• DEA certification (state and federal)
