Location: Peachtree City, GA Employment type: US – Direct Hire Remote type: Flexible Job family: Material Support & Services Job Description Inside the A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Management Team you will perform and lead internal MFT and customer meetings, maintain the C‑check file, manage project order lines and provide responsive support to customers and key stakeholders. You will keep a strong focus on KPIs, manage claim processing, open technical‑support cases and maintain continuous communication to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. What’s in it for you Competitive remuneration Work / life balance: hybrid working, flex‑time, maternity/paternity leave Personal development: personalized development plans, learning portal, internal mobility opportunities Health & wellbeing: health insurance, well‑being programs Responsibilities Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetings Maintain C‑check file and ensure all relevant information is available Communicate all C‑check–file details to external and internal stakeholders (Customer Order View, Reporting File) Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, including the project’s own Measure, analyze and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group to manage material order activity Own the C‑check project and its order lines, including pre‑check orders and claims processing Perform Heavy‑Maintenance Manager C‑check checklist Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g., PN activation, interchangeability) Clarify technical queries using documentation or liaising with technical and engineering departments Provide consistently high‑quality responses to all customer‑related requests for materials and services to ensure high customer satisfaction Build relationships and trust with customers Obtain customer target dates and make them visible internally for proper prioritization Maintain continuous communication for transparency with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics functions (or new graduates who satisfy the experience requirement) Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations highly desirable Strong communication skills in written and verbal English Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, A220 World, IPDP, AM9000, ASRP, Freshdesk, Lotus Notes, Google Office suite Eligible for employment in the US without visa sponsorship Preferred Experience working in the aviation industry Physical Requirements Vision: can read computer screens and documents Hearing: can participate in conversations in person and by phone/teleconference Speaking: can speak in meetings and deliver information Equipment operation: daily use of personal computer, telephone, and office equipment Carrying: can move documents, tools, and equipment up to 10 lbs Sitting: can sit for long periods in meetings or work on a computer Standing: can stand during office or production floor discussions Travel: 10 % of time – independent and at short notice if required Walking: can walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces PH: PPE required when visiting a factory – safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, respirators/masks, gloves as per site requirements Equal Opportunity Statement Airbus is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities and to comply with equal‑opportunity laws.
