We offer W-2 commission-based employment with full or part time roles, hybrid options, and a full benefit package. Seeking : Outpatient group practice therapist with particular interest in working with children and their parents. The practice was founded to offer individualized, non-cookie-cutter care for people facing stressors and challenges they cannot always control. Services are designed to address root causes, promote sustainable growth, and strengthen coping skills. Wild Tree Psychotherapy helps clients build confidence in managing life’s demands while maintaining peace and balance across home, work, and relationships. Role Description The Mental Health Therapist provides direct, on-site clinical services to clients at Wild Tree Psychotherapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. The therapist offers evidence-informed interventions that support mind-body wellness, facilitates coordination of care with other providers as needed, and maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation. The role also involves participating in case consultations, engaging in continuing education, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative practice environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health assessment and intervention. Experience with Social Work and Case Management to coordinate services and advocate for client needs. Competence in Family Therapy, including working with diverse family systems and relationship dynamics. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in the state of Minnesota. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with commitment to ethical, trauma-informed care. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and engage in ongoing professional development.
