• Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings

• High school diploma or GED required; postsecondary coursework in education or related field a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with instructional activities, classroom organization, and lesson preparation
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
• Foster an encouraging, safe, and respectful classroom environment
• Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and mealtimes
• Support teachers with record-keeping and classroom management tasks
