Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51 ABOUT NEIMAN MARCUS Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer that provides a curated product assortment, unparalleled services, and exclusive activations for customers in Pursuit of the Extraordinary. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with daily store operations and support leads and managers. Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight. Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders. Ensure merchandise placements meet company standards. Manage merchandise pricing, reticketing, signage, and stock adjustments. Monitor inventory control processes, including damage reporting and stockouts. Back‑stock, organize, and maintain the stockroom. Under guidance, merchandise products for sales events and signage, ensuring standards are followed. Support setup and takedown of in‑store events and activations. Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of retail experience. Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality. Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite. Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
