Sales Executive

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans within HVAC and related manufacturing markets. Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Manage relationships with existing accounts and key decision makers. Identify testing, certification, and compliance opportunities. Lead customer discovery meetings and needs assessments. Prepare proposals and quotations for testing and certification services. Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts during the sales cycle. Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and forecast activity. Drive renewals and expansion opportunities. Partner with account managers on strategic growth initiatives. Transition projects to implementation and fulfillment teams after contract execution. Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives. Qualifications Needed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Field, or related discipline preferred Minimum 2+ years of technical sales, TIC sales, or certification services sales experience Experience selling testing, inspection, certification, compliance, or engineering services Strong background within HVAC, building products, electrical products, manufacturing, or related industries Experience working with manufacturers and product development teams Proven success generating new business and managing long sales cycles Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, product testing, or certification processes Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales forecasting toolsExcellent presentation and consultative selling skills A bit about us: Founded more than 130 years ago and headquartered in the Chicago area with offices across North America and globally, we are a leading provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance solutions.
