MRI Lead Technologist / MRI Coordinator – Wichita, KS

Full-Time | Permanent | 8-Hour Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to support daily imaging operations and provide high-quality, patient-centered MRI services.

Compensation & Incentives:

$32.67–$46.13/hour, DOE



$5,000 Sign-On Bonus



$10,000 Retention Bonus after 2 years , based on satisfactory performance.

Wichita, KS



8-Hour Days | Permanent Placement

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Imaging Director to support MRI department operations.
• Coordinate staff meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support MRI-related events and departmental activities.
• Collaborate with the contracted research organization ( AMR ) on research activities and compliance.
• Promote MRI safety, patient comfort, and quality care.
• Maintain appropriate records and confidentiality.
• Serve as a lead resource for MRI staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• ARRT Registered in Radiography.
• Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license .
• CPR/BLS certification.
• 5+ years of MRI experience.
• 1+ year of Lead Technologist experience.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
