- Preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other menu items, while maintaining he highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- This position requires exceptional knife skills, attention to detail, creativity and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ensure all seafood, rice, vegetables and other ingredients are fresh, properly stored and handled.
- Previous Sushi Chef experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
