GIS Technician

4 days onsite and 1 day remote
Job Description: 2-4 years experience in a related field. Diploma or certificate in Geographical Information Systems or related curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Manage routine GIS tasks, including data management and map creation ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Create maps and other visual representations using GIS tools.
- Ensure timely updates to GIS databases.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts on complex projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Provide input on GIS tool enhancements.
Skill Sets & Expertise: 2-4 years working with ESRI GIS software, tools and databases. Preferred: Gas utility experience and as-built mapping experience
Hybrid schedule is Monday-Thursday in office with Friday remote.
