Bench Mechanic

Pay : $24.00/hr

Shift : Monday–Friday, 1st shift (Day shift)

Location : On-site — Franklin, IN (75 Linville Way, Franklin, IN 46131)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bench Mechanic for our industrial/facility -focused client to start 06/01/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Perform inspections of mechanical equipment for damage or wear
Complete routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic work to prevent failures
Repair or replace faulty components and determine repair vs. replacement needs
Assemble/disassemble machinery parts and install components per instructions
Test repaired equipment and maintain accurate repair/maintenance documentation
Understand aircraft systems, components, and technologies
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision and prevent issues
Ability to communicate technical information and coordinate with team members
Ability to work with safety standards and FAA compliance/approved maintenance procedures
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics/engineering drawings
Familiarity with diagnostic/testing equipment and serviceability testing
Basic computer skills to learn new tools and systems
Adaptability/flexibility, including ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
