This is a critical role supporting secure access and identity management operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Issue, process, and manage identification cards, badges, and access credentials Verify personal identity documentation and conduct background checks in accordance with security protocols Operate and maintain ID card production systems and access control databases Assist personnel with enrollment, updates, and renewals of passes and credentials Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, policies, and procedures Maintain accurate records and logs of all issued and revoked credentials Coordinate with security personnel and supervisors to resolve access-related issues Requirements Prior experience in a Pass and ID, badging, or access control role preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required Familiarity with RAPIDS, DEERS, or similar identity management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with computers and standard office software High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus About Us Mikon Services and Consultants LLC is a trusted provider of professional services and consulting solutions dedicated to supporting government and defense operations.
