Looking for an LVN / LPN that can start immediately!
The facility focuses on enhancing residents' quality of life through personalized programs, medical care, and therapeutic support. With a dedicated team of professionals, it fosters a supportive and inclusive environment, helping individuals achieve greater independence and well-being. The facility provides compassionate care and specialized services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides routine vocational nursing work, including care, treatment, and general welfare of patients.
- Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
- Operates under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Performs nursing duties within assigned areas and shifts.
- Completes both basic and complex nursing tasks to meet the health needs of individuals.
- Adheres to all agency, facility, and unit policies and procedures.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Must have the strength and flexibility to safely perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas.
- Preferably 1+ years in a behavioral health setting.
- Must have valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification.
START DATE:
- ASAP; Shift 2-10pm. Start 5/1.
