Job Description

HI‐PRO Cleaning is hiring dependable, detail‐oriented Cleaners to join our growing commercial cleaning team. If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy staying active, and want consistent hours with a company that values professionalism, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of commercial facilities (offices, warehouses, retail spaces)
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high‐touch areas
Maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Follow assigned cleaning routes and checklists
Use basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Report supply needs, equipment issues, or site concerns
Work independently or as part of a team to meet quality standards

Requirements

High school diploma
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Comfortable working evenings or nights (depending on site)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
Familiarity with basic cleaning tools and chemicals
Ability to work in larger facilities or multi‐building routes
