Work you'll do A Technical Senior Consultant will design our Google Gemini services, manage project delivery and oversee onshore and offshore development teams. The role builds and manages teams, advises clients on best practices, ensures quality, and identifies new sales opportunities. Client Management: Manage day‑to‑day interactions with senior clients and sponsors. Delivery: Manage and deliver components that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions. Responsibilities include team management, business requirement gathering, functional and process design, user story development, prototyping, testing, data migration, cutover preparation, cutover, training, and support procedures. Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers, organize pursuit teams, lead proposal development, and contribute to scope and pricing strategies. People Development: Act as a resource coach, guide staffing, participate in recruitment and retention, and provide leadership and support to local delivery teams. A successful candidate would possess these skills Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others Qualifications Required Minimum of 5 years of consulting or industry experience At least five years hands‑on/end‑to‑end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) At least two years experience with GECX Self‑service with Conversational Agents, GECX Agent Assist or GECX Quality AI, Conversational Insights, BigQuery & Looker for contact center performance analytics Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs Limited immigration sponsorship may be available A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) Preferred Master's or advanced degree in a relevant specialization Experience with Five9 or Genesys Experience carrying a business development quota, ramping up pursuit teams, and leading end‑to‑end consulting pursuits The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs.
