Overview: Manufacturing-Quality Assurance Are you looking to join a company where you'll work with new, top of the line heavy equipment? Wallenius Wilhelmsen, is seeking Manufacturing-Quality Assurance at our equipment processing center in Decatur, IL. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain the quality of all equipment stored at the facility during receiving, storage/preservation, exercise, pre-delivery/QA, final inspections and shipping. Confirm that quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements Maintain regular and frequent communication with both internal, (Keen Customer Service, Safety, and Quality) and external customers and during audits and visits Assist with office functions, such as inventory, checking drivers in and out. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and One Solution will be used daily Filing paperwork and housekeeping of your general area Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience operating construction and agricultural equipment, as well as lift trucks and cranes Ability to use smartphone technology to complete inspections and other electronic forms Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees and management Strong organizational skills Must pass post offer drug screen and background check as a condition of hire Regular and punctual attendance as required Steel toed boots/shoes are required Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

WHAT YOU ARE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO

Climb, stoop, crawl, bend, stretch, lift and carry Walk the yard area for purposes of inspection and identification of machinery and or pieces Willing to work outside all year long in all reasonable weather conditions Complete a full workday walking and/or standing Perform work from a wide range of positions including standing, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, reclining, and climbing on scaffolding or ladders Sufficient hand and arm strength to un-package and inspect parts
